Congratulations to our security partner, Commissionaires Nova Scotia (CNS), winners of the 2024 Halifax Chamber Not-For-Profit of the Year Award. “We are proud to be connected to a remarkable organization that has continued to be a proven leader of community impact,” said Rod Buckingham, CEO & Founder of Buckingham Inc.

CNS stated the award recognizes the contributions of each of their commissionaires, clients, and community partners. “This award reaffirms our dedication to people and culture. Our partnership with Buckingham allows us to deliver our services to more communities across the province. Together, we strive to ensure safety and security for all,” said Barry Pitcher, CNS CEO.

It was the collaborative effort in providing security and safety to all in attendance at the 2023 CFL Touchdown Atlantic game that prompted a strategic partnership between Buckingham and CNS. Buckingham’s specialized service in workplace conflict and business investigations along with security and background screening provided by CNS allows them to offer a comprehensive suite of security services to companies throughout Nova Scotia.
